Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions, Rangers International, have strengthened their squad with the signing of forward Onyekachi Okafor from Heartland FC.
The lanky forward has inked a two-year deal with the Flying Antelopes, bolstering their attacking options ahead of the new season.

Rangers confirmed the signing via their X account, stating, “We are thrilled to announce former Heartland FC forward, Okafor Onyekachi, who has penned a 2-year contract with us. Welcome to the team.”
The addition of Okafor is part of Rangers’ ongoing efforts to reinforce their squad under the guidance of head coach Fidelis Ilechukwu.
The team is keen to maintain their dominance in the NPFL and make a strong start to the season.
Rangers are set to begin their title defense against El-Kanemi Warriors in the NPFL opener on Saturday, 31st August, 2024.
