The management of Rangers International F.C has congratulated members of the newly elected executive board of Enugu State Football Association after they were elected and sworn-in, Thursday, at a massively attended elective congress of the body at Nsukka Sports Club, Nsukka, Enugu state.

Administrative Secretary of Rangers club, Barrister Ferdinand Ugwuarua, who was part of the congress the returned Honorable (Barr.) Tony Ugwu, the executive chairman of the football fraternity in Enugu state, said that the election of the new executive was the best thing to have happened to football in the state.
“Let me, on behalf of Rangers members of staff, players, and coaches of Rangers International F.C., congratulate the newly elected and sworn-in executive of Enugu state football association. The massive support they received from delegates shows that they did well in their last dispensation and the reward for good work is more work. I believe they will continue from where they left off and propel Enugu State football to greater heights,” stated the amiable administrator.
The election was monitored by a delegation from N.F.F, Abuja ably led by Barrister Joshua Onoja and Chinedu Oha while Enugu state commissioner for Youth & Sports, Hon. Manfred Nzekwe was on hand to witness the return of Hon. Barr. Tony Ugwu as chairman; Barr. Monday Nnonah as vice-chairman; Dr. Chidi Ugwu, Okwudili Celestine, Chief P.I Okeke, Dominic Nwobodo, Foster Chime, Abuchi Anueyiagu, and Boniface Uzo as members.
