Crystal Palace have had a £14million bid accepted by QPR for winger Eberechi Eze.
The fee will rise to £19.5m for the 22-year old who also had interest from Fulham and West Brom but had set his heart on Palace. Eze will have a medical in the next few days, and personal terms will be agreed between both parties.
QPR manager Mark Warburton confirmed at the weekend that the club is listening to appropriate offers for the player.
“Any situation for any player is resolved when the value of a player is met, that’s how you resolve a situation,” Warburton told Sky Sports.
“You make sure the value is appropriate, the value is correct, and when that value is met we wish everyone the best of luck going forward. That’s the way it is at QPR.”
Palace have also bid for Mainz striker Jean Philippe Mateta, in the region of £14.5m.
