Ex-players of the defunct Princess Bola Jegede paid a courtesy visit to their mother and one-time proprietor princess Ann Bola Jegede on the occasion of her 75th birthday.
Former falcons star Pheobe Ebimerkumor who was at the forefront of the surprise visit was thankful in her words.
” We shall forever consider ourselves the most blessed persons on earth because we have a wonderful mother like her in our lives.

She further explained that the visit had been in the pipeline for some months now and we made up our mind that even the pandemic hovering around will not stop us hence we sent representatives.
Princess Bola Jegede babes was one of the best women’s team back in the nineties trailing only after Ufuoma babes and Pelican stars. The club paraded players like Ann Agumanu, Blessing Ibeji, Maureen Madu, Titilayo, Sarah Okotie Eboh including new mother Patience Avre.
Princess Bola Jegede clocked 75 years old on the 10th of July 2020, She was a very active women football advocate, club owner, served in different capacities representing women football in the Nigeria Football Federation and an educationist running AZ International schools Lagos
