In a bid to transform grassroots football not only in Lagos but Nigeria at large, a founder of Power Rangers Academy Limited known as Power Rangers Foot all Academy of Lagos, Ajayi Olumide Adedapo has signed a memorandum of Understanding (MON) with THARMM EQUEST, a leading black entertainment company in the U.K to revolutionize grassroots football in Nigeria.

Adedapo in an exclusive chat with sports247.ng this morning said the two organizations have also established links in other African states, including Ghana and South Africa.
According to him, this partnership is aimed to bring about positive change by providing aspiring young footballers with enhanced opportunities and comprehensive training programs to nurture their talent.
He explained that under the ground-breaking collaboration, THARMM EQUEST and Power Rangers Football Academy will pool their expertise and resources to implement innovative strategies that would empower young footballers and uplift communities through the beautiful game.
The Leader of Agege Football Coaches Council who also doubles as head coach of the Academy also assured that with the collaboration with THARMM EQUEST, Power Rangers Football Academy is set to change the face of grassroots football in Nigeria and Africa.
The collaboration between THARMM EQUEST and Power Rangers Football Academy according to him, would prioritize the following key initiatives: enhanced training programs, the partnership will provide young footballers with top-tier coaching, cutting-edge training facilities, and access to state-of-the-art equipment.
He also noted that through these enhanced training programs, participants will receive comprehensive technical skills, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and mental resilience instruction.
Adedapo who is excited with the partnership deal said he is optimistic that the Power Rangers Football Academy would market some good players to various countries in Europe.
“This will provide an opportunity for both players and technical crew in Power Rangers Football Academy to showcase their skills and talents on a world stage,”he said.
Commenting on the benefits of both parties, Adedapo said the partnership will seek sponsorship from major football establishments, seek the support of FIFA and create scouting opportunities for talented young players.

In his response,Trevoror Walters, Director of Tharmm Equest expressed satisfaction with the partnership saying that his company is committed to help Nigerian young players who want to take football as career.
“Our aim is to make the Power Rangers Football Academy of Lagos a household name in Nigeria and also encourage any player who is interested in football regardless of background to pursue their dreams. Secondly we are trying to look at how we can expand the game in Africa so that African young players would secure a better future through Power Rangers Football Academy,” he said.
