Nigeria’s representative at the ongoing African Cup For Clubs Hockey Championship in Kenya, Police Machine started off their campaign on a winning note on Monday, as the team trounced their Tanzanian Opponents Molshi Khalsa Nine-One.

The Nigerian team which placed fourth at the last edition in Accra, Ghana, made good their intent of grabbing a spot this time in kenya and will be hoping to carry their fine form to their next game on Tuesday against GRA Of Ghana.

Meanwhile, it was a case of walkover against Nigerian Hockey Champions Kada Stars and their Kaduna State Sister Club, Kada Queens as both teams failed to feature at the competition due to issues relating to finances.

The unavailability of the teams meant 2022 Nigerian Women’s Champion, Delta Queens walkover their compatriots, Kada Queens.

Delta Queens will battle Ghana’s Army Ladies also on Tuesday.
