Match Day two of the revived Plateau State Super League recorded an early upset yesterday as 2007/2008 champions, Faith Alive Football Club kissed the dust as they were beaten 3-1 by Selenei Football Club.
The trio of Andre Job, Jonathan Davou, and Haruna Peter got the goals for Selenei FC, while Faith Alive FC’s consolation goal was netted by Umar Farouk.

The first day at the Langtang center had some blemishes as Casava United have been mandated to play all their matches in Jos henceforth after throwing caution to the wind, attacking referees in their match against Congo United, which they eventually won 2-1.
According to the Secretary of 2021 Plateau State Super League, who also doubles as the PFA Secretary 1, Albert Belfwan, “The Chairman, Super League community, in conjunction with the Plateau State Football Association, have reached an agreement regarding the lack of discipline and good conducts, Casava United FC are to play their matches in Jos and await other disciplinary decisions from the FA.”
