Caleb Yeipieng Theophilus has emerged tops in the National Coaching course put together by the Nigeria Teqball Federation after scoring 100% to the amazement of the Federation of International Teqball instructors from the FITEQ Headquarters in Budapest, Hungary.
Coach Caleb Theophilus, who represented Plateau State came tops alongside Takyon Akolo Daniel from Nasarawa State.
In the refereeing Course, Plateau State representative, Eunice Amallam also made the State proud by emerging as the best female referee in Nigeria but emerge third-best overall.
Taraba and Nasarawa States came tops in this department.
A delighted Chairman of Plateau State Teqball Association, Chief Miri Timnan Nyantau said Plateau State blazing the trail and picked as the best by the originators of this sport is a sign that the Home of Peace and Tourism will take this sport by storm.
MTN, as the PLATEQ Chairman is fondly called, praised the brains behind this great sport coming to Nigeria and believes Nigeria will surely be a force to reckoned with.
