The President of Nigeria Players Union, PFAN Tijani Babaginda (MON) Directs all PFAN States Excos to devise plans to engage all current players in all categories of the league, within their jurisdiction in capacity building programs geared towards their physical and mental development in readiness for the new Football season, as well as secure and build their confidence in supporting the Union work directed towards an improved player’s working conditions and general welfare
In order to carry out the players capacity and sensitisation programs effectively, it is important to build the necessary synergies with the States Football Associations with the statutory position to provide the institutional support required and necessary to deliver the program.
In a related development, the President has equally put in place plans to embark on a working visit to interact with Union states officials at the zonal levels to strengthen further the structure and
