Malmö city FC secured victory at home against Simrishaun IF.
It was a 2-1 scoreline advantage for the home team in the Swedish Gotaland men division .
Smarting from the two goals Tayo Saliu junior scored against FBK Balkam in a home game that Malmö city lost , Tayo went into the game wanting not only to score but for his goal to count.

I wanted to experience that special feeling of victory accompanied by a goal from me , that I was able to achieve” Tayo stated immediately after the home victory.
With Ahmed Shaffi’ goal in the 50″ minute being cancelled by a terrific equaliser by Simrishaun IF in the 56th minute.
Steven Gabriel well tailored cross connected perfectly to the waiting Tayo as he calmly found the back of the net in the 62″ to secure a well deserved victory for the city Landlords . This significant victory catapulted Malmö city FC to the 2nd position.
