Former Super Eagles defender, Patrick Pascal has confessed that he is thinking of taking over a coaching job very soon, as he seeks a new chapter in his romance with football.
‘PP,’ who played for Wikki Tourist of Bauchi and Shooting Stars of Ibadan during his heyday, told sports247.ng that he has a burning ambition to one day be a top coach.
Pascal, who was part of Nigeria’s gold medal winning squad at Atlanta ’96 Olympics, is currently Eagles’ team coordinator, but said he is looking forward to coaching a team soon.
Speaking to sports247.ng, Pascal revealed further: “I already have my coaching license and I am qualified to handle any team in the country.
“As a former professional footballer, it will be nice for me to have a taste of every aspect of the round leather game.”
