The appointment of Adeyinka Adeboye as Senior Special Assistant on Sports to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has continued to attract commendation from key personalities within and outside the sports sector.
The latest accolade is coming from a passionate promoter of sports in Southern Nigeria, his Royal Highness, Prince Ezelekhae Ewuare who described the decision to appoint a grassroot expert like Adeyinka Adeboye, as laudable and very commendable.
He used the ocassion of his appointment as Youth Ambassodor by the National Sports Commission, NSC, to salute president Bola Tinubu for deeming it fit to identify round pegs for round holes, saying that the trio of Mallam Shehu Dikko as NSC Chairman, Bukola Olopade as NSC DG and Adeyinka Adeboye as Senior Special Assistant on Sports will bring fresh air to the sector.
Ezelekhae says a man like Adeyinka Adeboye who has deep passion for grassroots sports development and is very dedicated to the success of Nigeria youths in all endeavors, deserve this opportunity to give back to the Nation from his wealth of experience.
Adeyinka Adeboye who is popularly called Zulu by his admirers also thanked the Edo Crown Prince for his kind words assuring that his office will look at areas of collaboration with the new Youth Ambassador especially as it affects grassroots sports development in Nigeria
