Victor Osimhen’s wonder goal against Kasimpasa FC has been picked as the goal of the week of the Turkish Super Liga by fans who voted on the BeIN Sports Goal of the Week competition.
Osimhen had to wait over 270 minutes before he could open his goals-scoring account for his Turkish side, Galatasaray FC, after he moved from Napoli to Galatasaray FC in a season-long loan move.
His patience paid off when he scored a brace and the second of the goals came in a class of style of its own and it has been premium-ly rewarded with this award.

The goal that won worldwide accolades was voted for massively securing 77.96% of the total vote to win the Turkish Super Liga Goal of the Week award.
The 25-year-old unfortunately picked an injury in the match which ended 3-3 of which Kasimpasa came from a three goal down after Osimhen left the pitch after Galatasaray were comfortably in the lead.
Victor Osimhen quickly settled in for Galatasaray and has been involved in a total of six goals in four matches as he assisted four goals, scored two goals, and delivered powerful performances in all the games.
Victor Osimhen may miss the Galatasaray game against Alayanspor FC on Sunday, 6 October 2024 and he was left out of the Super Eagles 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers double header against Libya on October 11 and October 15 2024 in Uyo and Benghazi.
