Oshimhen demises claims that Nigerian Doctors worsened his Shoulder injury …Out of his team’s league match today against Crotone

Napoli and Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has dismissed claims by Italian publication Tuttosport that Napoli medics accused Nigerian Doctors of worsening his shoulder injury during the match against Sierra Leone in Benin, Nigeria.

The report come through in Saturday’s edition of the Turin-based sports paper.

Tuttosport suggested the dislocation was healed, but that there was an inflammation to the tendon caused by an incorrect procedure to pop it back into place.

And following the report, the Former Lille Striker wrote on his Twitter handle to dismiss the claim.
“Not true tho,” he wrote on Twitter.

The Super Eagles hitman dislocated his shoulder during a 4-4 draw between Nigeria and Sierra Leone on November 13 in the qualifiers for the 2021 AFCON in Benin.

Osimhen is set to miss his club’s (Napoli) trip to Crotone in the Seria A today and it’s not yet clear when he will be able to return to action for Napoli.
