Super Falcons striker, Francisca Ordega is proud to be in the final of the 13th edition of the Chinese Women FA Cup after her team, Shanghai Shengli saw-off the challenge from Guangdong in the semifinals of the competition.
Since joining Shanghai Shengli at the beginning of the year, the Benue-born attacker has scored five goals and provided six assists for her teammates.
Ordega who joined the Chinese club from Washington Spirit expressed her excitement and also praised her teammates for the new height attained.
“Hellooooooooooo frannylovers yeahhhhhhhh we are into the Chinese Women Cup finals,” Ordega posted on her social media page.
“I’m proud of me and my girls we did it. I’m proud I help my team to achieve all these…6 games 5goals and 6 assist.”
Shanghai Shengli will face Jiangsu Suning who progressed at the expense of Wuhan Jianghan University in the other semifinal game.
The 25-year-old, who has scored seven goals in 26 appearances for the Super Falcons has previously defended the colours of Sydney FC and Atletico Madrid – where she won the Spanish League title.
