Paul Onuachu continued his brilliant form in front of goal this season by bagging a brace while Cyriel Dessers came off the bench to round off the scoring as Genk outwit Royal Antwerp 4-2.
Antwerp opened the scoring in the early stages of the game but Onuachu leveled the score in the 19th minute and put Genk ahead four minutes later.
Theo Bongonda added to Genk’s lead in the 59th minute to make it 3-1 on the scoreboard. Dessers replaced his international teammate in the 81st minute.
Congolese striker, Dieumerci Mbokani pulled one back for Royal Antwerp a few moments later to set up a frantic last minute of the game.
Dessers found the target two minutes from the 90th to settle the tie and hand Genk all three points.
