After his side’s 2-0 win over B-Bless FA in the just concluded ‘Festac Game On’ Tournament on Friday, President of Flying Sports Academy, Marshal Mbre has stated that one of his major priorities for his team is to help improve the Coaches and the team at large.
The Football Academy Director stated this after being on the bench and watching his team emerge champions of the ‘Fastac Game On’ tournament, due to the absence of the team’s coach, who was out on a coaching training course duty.
Speaking with Sports247, after the match, Mbre commended the efforts of the organizers of the tournament, as well as his team, who had barely limited time to prepare for the competition, yet they came out victorious. He also stated that his main priority for his side is to help improve the coaches and the team at large.
“For me, I must commend the organizers of this tournament, they really did a great job”.
“I also commend my team as well, because we had barely two weeks to prepare for this tournament, yet we emerged Champions. It’s a good one for the team, I commend the players for their efforts and the victory”.
“Flying Sports FA has been in existence for like 15-20 years now and my main priority for the team is to improve the team and coaches. So the Coaches have to improve, because if they improve in their coaching abilities, the players too will also improve and up their game, so the refresher Coaching Courses are very important”, he emphasized.
Flying Sports FA has been in existence for a very long time, producing the likes of John Ogu, Nnamdi Oduamadi, and the rest, who all played for Marshall Mbre’s side before their gaining big moves abroad to further their footballing careers.
