Former Plateau United of Jos dazzler, Tosin Omoyele says he has built on his level of confidence, after scoring on his debut for Nogoom FC of Egypt.
Sports247.ng reports that fair-skinned youngster believes he will now be able to settle down faster at his new base, after scoring on his debut in a friendly against FC Made.
The former Osun United of Osogbo player helped his side to a 2-0 win, in which he was able to show a glimpse of what they should expect from him when competitive matches begin.
Omyele was excited to make hay, as he got off the bench to score his team’s second goal, which he hopes was enough to convince the coach about what he can do for the team.
Omoleye was introduced to the fray at halftime and wasted no time in registering his first goal in The Land of The Pharaohs, and hopes it gives him more confidence for a successful career in Egypt.
“It was good for me to score in my debut match for the club even though it was a friendly game. I believe it will give me more confidence going forward.
“I was also able to show the coach that he can trust me. Overall, I will say I’m happy with the performance and will keep pushing for more,” Omoyele concluded.
