Super Eagles full back and Leganes of Spain versatile defender, Kenneth Omeruo is not different from the other members of the Super Eagle’s players as he continues to shine off the pitch.
Just like other starts of the super eagles, Omeruo chills in the comfort of his apartment as a means of isolation which is now so common among nations suffering the pandemic of covid 19. It is recorded in the past that players like Chelsea’s Callum Hudson-Odoi and Juventus’ playmaker Paulo Dybala tested positive to the deadly corona virus but have since recovered from it.
Arsenal’s coach Miguel Arteta was not left out of the list of infected football stars.
Omeruo, in his instagram page reportedly dressed up just to take a picture on a weekend.
This action is not very common among players especially on a weekend when all hands should be on deck to secure the three points the weekend has to offer. No thanks to the pandemic that has made everyone this less busy.
The 26-year-old has been in fine form since joining the Spanish outfit, making 19 appearances this season.
Before now, Omeruo suffered loan spells as a Chelsea player as he was constantly being loaned out to Dutch, Turkish and Spanish clubs. He also spent time at Middlesbrough . He joined Chelsea in January 2012 from Liege and was immediately loaned out to Eredivisie side, Ado Den Haag.
