The management and staff of Olukismet Football Club of Ekiti in its magnanimity had gifted its players, Christmas gifts as part of the club support for the players during the festive period.
The players and coaching crew recently received life chicken, a bag of rice and undisclosed amount of money from the club management led by prince Olumide Adegboye Festus.
Club secretary, Ogundipe Bright Abiodun confirmed that the xmas gifts was designed to support the players who showed commitment and loyalty to the club throughout the outgoing year.
He disclosed that the management is seriously concern about the welfare of the players, coaching crew and noted that the club director is ready to do more for the club in the new year.
“It is our responsibility as a club to make our staff happy during this festive period. The management led by Prince Adegboye has reaffirmed his commitment on the staff welfare and what we are doing for our players and other staff members is the promise made and promise kept by our able club boss.
“I wish all our players, coaching crew and fans Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I am also using this medium to remind our players to shun any social vices during this period and play safe in whatever they are doing during at this yuletide period, “he said.
Speaking on behalf of the team, captain of the NLO club, Ahmed Abdul thanked the management for its kind gesture.
He confessed that the club management has done a lot for the players in the outgoing year and promised the management that they are poised to fight for the promotion into Nigeria Nationwide League NNL next season.
