Kwara United forward Musa Olororo has commended Governor Abdulrahman for steering the Harmony Boys back to the Professional League.
Kwarans are still in jubilation mood after Governor Abdulrahman helped United management to get a slot in the NPFL.
While thanking the number one citizen in Kwara on behalf of the players, Olororo stated that himself and his teammates will not disappoint.
“The Governor has really helped us by approving the management’s proposal for us to return to the NPFL and we want to thank him for this.
“We really appreciate this love from our Sports loving Governor, and we want to promise him that we won’t disappoint,” Olororo explained.
The former Adamawa United star also rubbished talks going around that Kwara United might not survive in the topflight considering the position they will start from.
“We are professionals and the NPFL is not new to all of us. We also have a coach who is not new in the League and together we will fly this season,” he stressed.
Kwara United will be on the road to Lafia this weekend to tackle Nasarawa United in their first game, and from there, they will move to Kano for another big clash against the Sai Masu gida.
