Nilayo Sports Management led by Hon. Bukola Olopade has shown outmost gratitude for the sucess of JAC Motors Abeokuta marathon, Valuejet Remo Marathon, Access bank Lagos city Marathon with Participating athletes from different continents, sponsors, partners inclusive.
The events which saw host of sponsors including Access Bank, Valuejet, Nilayo sports management, RevolutionPlus, Bet9ja, LASAA,Keystone Bank Limited,7up, Acquina table waters and many others attracted delegates from the IAAF, Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS), The Nigerian Athletics Federation, Ogun State Government and other relevant associations at the event.
The Managing Director of NSML and marathon organiser, Bukola Olopade has showered praises on Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo Olu and Dapo Abiodun, Ogun State Governor professing that their support for the marathon event has been immense with worthy contributions.
The Valuejet IAU African Championship which is the first time an event of such size will be hosted in Africa in 35years was graced by the Governor of the State, Dapo Abiodun.
He began” We are very happy to have the Governor grace such event and for all that he put in to ensure the success of this event is immeasurable, we are very happy”, Olopade reiterated.
“For the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon coming up next year in February, we have plans in place, the Governor, Babajide Sanwo Olu has given us the go ahead and maximum support we need, we are very glad”, there is so much to look ahead for in 2020, this race is a different one from the rest, its unique, its creativity beyond boundaries”, he affirms.
