Okaka: I’m Not Going To Count Goals At Udinese

William Troost-Ekong’s new teammate at Udinese of Italy, Stefano Chuka Okaka has declared that he will not be counting the number of goals he scores for the team, because he is not setting any target for himself.

Sports247.ng reports that Okaka is happy to join the Udine-based side, but believes he does not have anything to prove, having previously played in Serie A.

The former Italy international, however, promised to give his very best efforts for the team, but said he will not set for himself a goals target.

Okaka, who joined Troost-Ekong from Udinese’s sister club, Watford, on loan till the end of the season, reckoned that the team should be higher placed in the Italian top-flight.

He added: “I will not set a numerical goals target, I just want to play at my level and help the team win.
“We all need to raise our level and we must not hide. This structure and this environment deserve a better ranking.”
