The Chairman of Okaa Sports FC, Alhaji Abdullahi Adelodun, has called on football enthusiasts to turn out in large numbers for the final of the Kwara United Fans Club Football Tournament, scheduled for October 12th at the Kwara State Stadium, Ilorin.

In an official statement, Alhaji Abdullahi emphasized the importance of the final, which he described as an opportunity for his players to showcase their skills on a grand stage. Scouts and agents from across Nigeria are expected to attend the event, creating a platform for the discovery of fresh football talent.
“The final is not just a match,” said Adelodun. “It’s an opportunity for these players to prove themselves to the world. With clubs from the NLO 1 and 2, NNL, and NPFL all watching, it’s a great chance for talented individuals to be noticed and possibly signed to bigger teams.”
Alhaji Abdullahi further highlighted the mission of Okaa Sports FC to discover and develop emerging football stars, noting that the team is open to negotiations with clubs interested in acquiring players. “We are always looking to give our players the best opportunities to grow, and we welcome clubs that want to strengthen their squads by bringing in our talented players,” he added.
Meanwhile, Okaa Sports FC’s U-17 team is currently in Akure, representing Kwara State at the 2024 U-17 YSFON Presidential Championship, further underlining the club’s commitment to nurturing young talent.
