Head Coach of Remo Stars FC, Daniel Ogunmodede has assured that his wards will turn things around after their goalless draw with Nationwide League One side, Wasiu Alabelewe FC in the early kick off of MatchDay 2 at the Kwara Sports Complex, Ilorin.
Speaking after the game he said his side created good chances but were unlucky not to get at least one or two goals at the back of the net against the Osun based side.
“It wasn’t a bad match, the boys played according to instructions but quite disappointed because they created good chances that should have ended at the back of the opponent’s net.
“I am delighted with the team spirit and we hope to convert our chances in today’s (Saturday) game.
“Not to forget, it is the nature of the club to ensure the progression of our youth players, we tried blending the youth players with our older players but I can assure you that the goals will come”
Remo Stars FC will face Cynosure FC today (Saturday) by 4pm.
