Ogun State FA Condoles Nigerian Football Fraternity On Ekene Adams’ Demise

The Ogun State Football Association has condoled the Nigerian football fraternity after being hit with the death of Chairman, House of Representatives’ committee on Youth and Sports, Hon. Abubakar Ekene Adams.

Hon. Ekene Adams died on Tuesday morning after a prolonged illness.

The Chairman, Ogun State Football Association, Alhaji Ganiyu Majekodunmi described the development as a “death too many”.

He said “This is a death too many, Hon. Ekene Adams was a dedicated administrator who gave his all, we take solace in the fact that he paid his dues and lived a good life”

“On behalf of everyone at OGUN FA, I wish his immediate family and everyone he left behind, the fortitude to bare the loss, I also condole the Nigerian football fraternity, even as I am confident that his legacies will be upheld”.

Before being elected into the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Ekene Adams served as General Manager of Ogun State based Remo Stars football club.
