I know our prayers will truly work for us,” Majekodunmi said, reflecting on the spiritual significance of the holy month.

In his goodwill message, Majekodunmi also called for unity within Nigerian football, stressing that the values of sacrifice and discipline learned during Ramadan should be carried into the nation’s football development. He urged players, administrators, and fans to remain steadfast in their support for Nigerian football at all levels, as the country continues its quest for greater achievements on the global stage.

“Our faith teaches us patience, hard work, and belief in the process. Just as we trust in the power of prayer, we must also trust in the journey to making Nigerian football stronger. With unity, we can overcome challenges and achieve success,” he added.

As a key figure in Nigerian football administration, Majekodunmi reaffirmed his commitment to fostering growth within Ogun State and beyond, ensuring that football remains a tool for youth development and national pride.

With the conclusion of Ramadan and the resumption of football activities across the country, he encouraged all stakeholders to embrace the spirit of togetherness and progress, believing that with collective effort, Nigerian football will continue to thrive.

Eid Mubarak to all, and may this season bring renewed hope and success to the football community and the nation at large.
