West Ham United’s Nigerian-born defender, Angelo Obinze Ogbonna has been linked with a return to Italy, following January transfer interest coming his way from AS Roma and AC Milan.
Both clubs are said to be eager to lure the former Italy international, who has previously played for AS Torino, Cagliari and Juventus in the country of his birth.
Ogbonna, who has 13 senior national team caps for Italy, has been at West Ham since his €11m transfer from Juventus in the summer of 2015.
However, The Hammers could be willing to sell him in January, with a valuation of €5m mooted, though he is under contract until June 2022.
