Former Nassarawa United defender, Victor Collins has completed a free transfer to Daniel Ogunmodede’s Remo Stars ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

The hard-tackling left-footed center-back signed a one-year deal with the team which will be valid until the end of next season as the club prepare for its debut in the CAF Champions League.
Victor Collins featured in all of Nassarawa United games during the 2022/23 season when he joined the club from Iraqi Super League side Amanat Baghdad FC before the commencement of the second stanza of the season.
He made nine appearances for the solid miners scoring goal one in their away 2-2 draw against Akwa United in the match day twelve encounter in Uyo.
The defender will be returning to Remo Stars for a second spell after he last played for the club during the 2020/21 NNL season and also helped the team to gain promotion to the NPFL.
Collins will be expecting to make his first debut and to maintain Remo Stars’ solid defense when they take on NPFL Champions Enyimba Int’l, in the Naija Super 8 tournament, Group A encounter on Friday, at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos.
