Olarenwaju Kayode will spend the 2020/2021 season in the Turkish SuperLig.
The 27-year-old moves to Sivasspor on a season-long loan deal from parent club Shakhtar Donetsk. He spent last season on loan at Gaziantep, where he helped the club finished 8th in the Turkish top-flight table, scoring 10 goals and providing 6 assists in 27 league games.
Kayode joins a host of other Africans at the Sivas Stadium including Max Gradel, Isaac Cofie, Mamadou Samassa, Aaron Appindangoyé, Arouna Koné amongst others.
The forward who has four caps to his name will look to settle down quickly in his new surroundings and help the club improve on last season’s 4th place finish.
