NWFL20/21: I Was Scared Of Osun Babes – Osahon

The head coach of FC Robo, Emmanuel Osahon has declared that his team was scared of Osun Babes before they clashed in week two of the NWFL.

FC Robo and Osun Babes locked horns in the first South West derby of the new NWFL season with the Lagos Landladies coming out tops with a 3-1 victory.

A hat trick from the highly-rated striker, Monday Gift handed Osahon’s team the second win of the season before enterprising winger, Habitat Agbaji scored a consolation for Osun Babes.

Speaking at the post-match conference, Osahon noted that they were scared before the game.

“Osun babes are a very good side. They have quality players and in all honesty, we were scared.”

FC Robo had earlier lost to Osun Babes in a pre-season friendly match in November.

The Lagos based club side now sit second on the NWFL log and will be on the road to face Bayelsa Queens in Yenegoa on matchday 3.
