Following this, the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Barr. Isaac Danladi supplemented the Honorable Commissioner’s contribution with a hundred thousand naira.

Although the Nasarawa State FA Chairman had pledged two hundred thousand naira (N200,000) for a win in Abuja, he ultimately awarded the team three hundred thousand naira (N300,000) for their impressive dismantling of their host.

The scoring action began with Ojiyovwi Kesiena for the Amazons in the 41st minute, followed by a double from Ayatsea Hambafan in the added minutes of the first half and the 58th minute, securing the maximum points for Nasarawa Amazons.

The consolation goal for Naija Ratels came from Davis, assisted by veteran Super Falcons Star, Onome Ebi.

Looking ahead, Nasarawa Amazons will host Heartland Queens FC in one of the upcoming match-day fixtures at the Lafia City Stadium in seven days.
