Osun Babes of Osogbo sensation, Victory Odanlumen is still relishing how she scored a hat trick at the ongoing Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Championship in Calabar.
Odanlumen noted that her three goals in a 5-0 thrashing of Wazbak International were made possible with support from all players in the squad and added that she is happy to be aiding her team’s promotion drive.

The jovial lass also stated in an interview with sports247.ng that her goals in her club’s victory were made possible by untiring contributions from her teammates, for which she was equally grateful.
Odanlumen added, “I feel good, and I am blessed.
“Thanks to my teammates. They really did well, and they supported me.
“They assisted me and made all my goals come true.”
The youngster further stated that Tuesday’s victory gave herself and her teammates a strong conviction that they will return to the top-flight NWFL Premiership at the end of the ongoing promotion play-offs in The Canaan City.
“We came here to win and go back to the Premier League. We came here to prove ourselves that, yes, we can do it.
“There’s no secret behind it; we just came here to win, and we are focused on that target. That’s just it,” she stressed.
Odanlumen concluded by giving plaudits to the team’s technical crew, sayjng: “Our coaches are doing well.
“The way they are teaching us the attackers, they are also teaching those in defence.
“So, everyone is doing well because we all have the same aim of winning. That’s just it.”
She posited with a view that the strong sense of unity rolling through the camp of Osun Babes will see them back in the elite division this season.
