The board of the Nigeria Women Football League has announced one of it’s board members, Joe Amene, as the General Coordinator for the Nigeria Women Amateur League competition.
The chairperson of the board, Aisha Falode, disclosed Friday evening in Lagos, that, Joe Amene, is the best man for the job, considering his wealth of experience in high level football administration.
“Joe Amene, is tested and trusted to deliver the goods in the Women Amateur League competition which would see amateur clubs from all across Nigeria participate.
“The NWFL board don’t have any doubt that Joe Amene will perform according to expectations.”
The 2020 Nigeria Women Amateur League will hold from January 20 to 27th, 2020.
The deadline for registration of participating clubs in the Zonal competition is 16th January, 2020.
The registration fees have been fixed for N100,000 per club.
