The board of the Nigerian Rugby Football federation on Saturday 1st of February set up a three man committee including Commissioner of Police Aliyu Abubakar, Chairman of SWAN Adebowale Oshundun and barrister Ifeoma Ogoh to get to the bottom of grave allegations of homosexuality and molestation of minors levelled against a certain John Sylvanus and Coach Ntiense Williams.
The board initially agreed to look into the petition by Ntiense Williams against his dismissal as Technical director by the board which he claimed was done without due process when attention was called to the save our children petition against both Sylvanus and Williams.
It will be recalled that a similar petition led to the banning of a football coach by the Lagos State Football association in 2019.
