Franck Mawuene and Isah Ali, the duo from Remo Stars, will not be able to participate in the Nigeria Premier League Super Six playoffs.
This information was revealed by the head coach of the Sky Blue Stars, Daniel
Ogunmodede, during a media interview.
Franck Mawuene, a Togolese striker, will miss the competition as he has been unable to
recover from an injury sustained during the regular season.
On the other hand, Isah Ali, a defender, is still in the process of recovering from a meniscal tear in his left knee.
Remo Stars is set to face Enyimba in their opening game of the Super Six playoffs, which
will take place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos on Saturday.
The tournament is scheduled to run from June 3 to June 11.
