Bendel Insurance Football team for the Match Day 31 of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) clash with Lobi Stars of Markurdi, flew into the Federal Capital Territory, FCT en route Lafia where the match is scheduled to hold on Sunday.

The SSA while speaking restated Governor Obaseki’s commitment to the welfare and progress of Bendel Insurance as well as sports development in the state. ” The Governor always asks us about Bendel Insurance FC. He even asked us yesterday ‘ I hope you people still fly to far distances especially in northern part of the country. Ensure their welfare is infact and given top priority. They need encouragement”. We know what some of our counterparts in the North and some other states in the south go through traveling by road for between twelve and twenty hours to honour NPFL matches. Kudos to our government, kudos to our governor for making life easy for us”.
