NPFL: Oladimeji thanks Kwara fans for maximum support in win over Enyimba

Kwara United chairman Prince Thompson Oladimeji has applauded the fans for the support his wards received in their NPFL win over Enyimba on Sunday.

United twice came back to beat the Peoples Elephant 3-2 in a tension soaked encounter at the Kwara Stadium Complex.

Oladimeji has now made it clear that the supports his players got from fans inspired them to a win over the visitors.

The business mogul stressed that the win over Enyimba is an indication that the Harmony Boys will go places this season in the NPFL.

He then warned the players and the coaching crew not to be carried away with the win over Enyimba, but plan on how to succeed in their next NPFL duel.

“I want to implore you to focus your attention on the next match against Insurance of Benin on Wednesday and get the maximum point.

“I also want to thank the fans for their fate and patience on the team. We are grateful and need more of your support,” Oladimeji explained.

Kwara United will travel to Benin where they will face Insurance in their next tie, and after that match, they will head to Makurdi for another away game this weekend.
