Abia Warriors Football Club of Umuahia U-15 Team will engage their Bendel Insurance of Benin counterparts in the opening game of this year’s NPFL/LALIGA U-15 PROMISES TOURNAMENT, Enugu Centre on Monday, sports247.ng reports.
According to the fixtures released by the organisers, the opening match holds at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu while kick off time is eight o’clock in the morning.
Demigwo in a press release made available to newsmen said that the opening match will be followed by the encounter between the U-15 teams of Remo Stars of Shagamu and Akwa United of Uyo also at the same venue.
Addressing his boys on arrival at Enugu, the Coordinator of Abia Warriors U -15, Patrick Ngwaogu reminded them that Management had committed enormous resources in preparing the team for the tournament and urged them to reciprocate the gesture by posting a star performance at Coal City in order to qualify for the next level.
