NPFL: Emiloju wary of Rangers test

Julius Emiloju recognises MFM FC’s task in facing Enugu Rangers this midweek, even as he prioritises a result over a performance.

The Olukoya Boys host the Flying Antelopes in the week four of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) on Wednesday.

For their creative midfielder, the team will have to be on top of their game if they are to break the spine of the Flying Antelopes.

“We have to play a great game in every line of the pitch. They can score a goal in any action,” warned Emiloju this week in a chat with Sports247.ng.

“The most important thing is that we have three points. I feel good physically, I hope that we do things right at the Agege Stadium.

“The start has been positive, we all want to play better, the fans and us.

“The opponent can make you play in one way or another, we want to be the master of the game from now on.

“I would sign now for picking up a result against Rangers whilst playing badly, the most important thing is to win and to be as high in the table as possible.

“It will be a joy to take three points. Rangers are very complete, at the back they are strong, in midfield they have quality and in attack they make things happen.”
