Attah “Marcelo” Simon has joined Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side, Wikki Tourists from Kwara Football Academy, reports Sports247.ng.
The young defender spent his formative years at KFA and has now sealed a deal which will see him in Bauchi until the end of the NPFL 2018/19 season.
He confirmed the move to Sports247.ng revealing that he had to be patient before making such a decision.
“For a player from the Academy you don’t need to rush, you have to be patient and play your cards close to your chest.”
“I am happy I have an opportunity to start life at Wikki Tourists. I aim higher, it’s just a start, and I will work hard for more,” he said to Sports247.ng.
“My dream is to aspire higher and help my new team achieve great things in the league. I’m ready for the challenge in a new environment.”
