Chief coach of Enugu Rangers, Mbwas Mangut has ruined his team mistake to give Bayelsa United the equalizer in thier 1-1 draw yesterday conceding that the team did very well to contain the opposition intensity.
Mangut allayed that the team had done thier work prior to the match on how the opposition play, thier pattern and we’re ready to match them but the only mistake of the game cost them.
“It was a very difficult game as we all knew beforehand that it’s a mobile, young team that keeps the ball and very good in transition from defence to attack and we saw it from the first half with the full backs coming out,” Mangut stated in his post match interview.
“We worked towards it and we were able to absorb it although we made a mistake to concede the equalizer but we are happy with the point.”
“You all know that with the abridged league now, the gap aren’t too much as we believe that this point is going to take us a step forward and we going to do better in subsequent games,” he promised.
