Head coach of Bayelsa United, Deprieye Teibowei has vehemently stand his ground in the wake of thier 1-1 draw against Doma United insisting that he won’t coach score goals for his players.
Teibowei rued his team missed chances in Match day five home draw against visitors Doma United saying coach won’t bare blame for the players wastefulness, Sports247.ng understands.
In his post match pressers, Teibowei didn’t hold back his anger as he unleashed his vent over the draw, “you saw all what happened, will the coach go and score for the players on the pitch? ofcourse no.”
“Look at the chances first half, the second half chances too, glaring chances that was supposed to win the game.”
“So will I play for them, no. Nobody is happy that they played a draw, this is part of football, it has happened and now we just have to go back and deal with the flaws of the game,” he said.
“The coach can never come and score goals for the players, we had all insurances to bury this people but we couldn’t.”
“I have to be positive to go there and get a win or draw in the next match. This is what happens if the preparation is not good enough, so you can’t blame any coach for that.”
