Chief coach of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan, Edith Olumide Agoye, believes his team will bounce back to winning ways when they take on Dakkada FC of Uyo this Sunday.
The Ibadan soccer lords were unlucky last Subday, as they lost 0-1 to Remo Stars, despite dominating the matchday eleven clash in Ikenne.
The defeat halted the winning streak of the Oluyole Warriors which they had enjoyed prior to the trip to Ikenne, having recorded three straight wins over Kwara United, MFM and Heartland of Owerri.
However, Esin, as the 3SC gaffer is fondly addressed, said they have put the loss to the table topping Sky Blue Stars behind them and are focused for a return to winning ways come Sunday.
“It is disappointing the momentum we have enjoying has been halted, very unfortunate that we did not get the result we deserved against Remo Stars but we will go back home and continue to work hard and hopefully, the next game, we will be able to get the three points”, sounded the ex Shooting Stars forward.
Meanwhile, the Ibadan soccer lords resumed training on Monday, ahead of the matchday twelve confrontation against Dakkada FC, with all the players, including the newly signed trio, participating.
