Head coach of Nasarawa United, Bala Nikyu has come out to say Enyimba is beatable.
Having lost their first game of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season in the North Central derby to Plateau United in Jos, the ex-Wikki Tourists boss acknowledged that he wasn’t disappointed with the display of the Solid Miners on Friday.
While addressing the press, he went on to say after the loss to Plateau United, Bala Nikyu enthused that he expects his side to return to winning ways when they host Enyimba on NPFL week 8 next Wednesday.
“The match is about winning, losing, and drawing so it was not that we were beaten, rather we had a good time,” he said.
“I thought we will continue our good run but it was quite unfortunate that we lost today against Plateau United. I am not disappointed with my boys.”
On the next game, the former Katsina coach added, “Enyimba aren’t Arsenal or Manchester United. They are beatable.”
