TradeSafe FC coach, Ademola Adeshina, expressed optimism after his team’s hard-fought 1-0 victory against Warri Wolves in a crucial NNL group B clash.
Reflecting on their journey so far, Adeshina acknowledged the challenges but remained grateful for the team’s resilience.

“We give glory to God because it is not an easy thing,” he said. “Despite starting with three defeats, we managed to secure a crucial point in our last outing. I believe we will continue to improve with God’s grace.”
Adeshina recognized the strength of their opponents, stating, “They are a very good side, a bigger club in the Nigerian league. However, I believe that TradeSafe can still do better and compete at a higher level.”

Looking ahead to the second half of the league, the coach remained cautious but hopeful. “I cannot say much on that,” he remarked.
“I put everything in God’s hand, and I believe TradeSafe will be up and doing in the second half of the season.”
When asked about his assessment of the NNL season thus far, Adeshina highlighted concerns about officiating, particularly referencing their match against Gateway FC.
“The referees have been superb, but in our particular game against Gateway, the referee killed the game,” he explained.
