Prostar Sports International, in collaboration with the Nigeria National League (NNL), has announced the winners of the December 2024 monthly awards, marking a significant step in recognizing and promoting excellence in Nigerian football.

The awards highlight outstanding performances across various categories during the opening month of the 2024/2025 NNL season.
Best Goalkeeper : Utum Godswill Solomon of Wikki Tourists FC clinched this award after maintaining a clean sheet in four matches. Standing tall at 7.1 feet, Solomon has been a formidable force in goal for his team.
Highest Goal Scorer and Most Valuable Player: Ebrima Manneh, a 16-year-old sensation from Sporting Supreme FC, won both accolades. Nicknamed “Val,” Manneh scored four goals in four matches and earned two Man of the Match awards for his outstanding displays.
Best Coach: Okechukwu Ejeh, fondly called “Mourinho,” led Abia Comets FC to an unbeaten streak of four matches, including two away victories, securing his place as December’s Best Coach.
Best Behaved Team: Smart City FC of Lagos, known for their discipline and sportsmanship, took this award after receiving no cautions throughout the month.
Best Referee: Momoh Camara of the Nasarawa State Referees Council was recognized for his excellence in officiating, supported by Sports Light Hub, the NNL’s live-streaming partner.
