Following the match week, four reports of violence, breach of Covid-19 protocols, intimidation of Match officials, and damaging of team properties in the fixture against Vandrezzer FC of Lagos, the Nigeria National League board has fined Osun United three hundred thousand Naira (N300,000) for breach of Covid-19 protocols.
The board also voided the outcome of the game and have ordered that the game between Osun United and Vandrezzer FC be replayed in a neutral venue with Osun United having to bear the cost of indemnities of the match officials.
Osun United have also been banished to Ilorin Township Stadium where they will liaise with the Kwara State Football Association to play their home games subsequently.
The Osunbased side have also been ordered to replace all VFC cables and properties that were destroyed in the course of the violence, given seven days to identify fans captured in the video for further sanctions, remit all monies collected as gate ticket to the NNL and the club chairman as well as the State FA secretary and other identified culprits appear before the compliance unit of the league body a
