Head coach of Ekiti United, Kehinde Anjorin has commended his players for playing to Instructions which earned them three points when they confronted Ebedei Football Club over the weekend in Nigeria National League, NNL
The Ekiti United were delighted to watch as they tamed visiting team, Ebedei 3-0 at Oluyemi Kayode stadium ,Ado Ekiti.
Anjorin while reacting to the victory with Sports 247.ng on phone said the victory was well deserved and commended his players for their doggedness and commitment throughout the encounter.
“Wonderful performance, the boys played strictly to instructions which earned us victory. In fact we lost a penalty.
“Just like i have been saying, this is different abridge league where if you drop a point either home or away, it will make or mar your playing in the Super 8,by and large, all Glory belong to God,”, he said.
Anjorin insisted that his team would be better in each game and urged the people of Ekiti to continue supporting the teams in prayers.
He admitted that the abridged league is tough but boasted that his target is to qualify for super eight at the end of the league,” he said.
