Kano Pillars football club would leave Kano today Wednesday 8, Feb. 2023 to the Capital territory of Abuja for a one-week closed camping.
According to the statement from the Acting Chairman of the club Dr. Ibrahim Galadima said the camping is part of the club preparations ahead of the forthcoming 2023 Nigeria National league expected to be kicked off next month.
Dr. Galadima said during the camping the team is expected to play three to four friendlies matches with teams like under-17 and Under-20 Golden eaglets and flying eagles in order to shaping the team.
He then charged technical Crew and players to be focus on the task ahead of them.
The Acting Chairman said the major concern of the club is to returns back to the elite league at the end of the season.
A part from the Nigeria National league we are expecting the team to do well in this year’s federation Cup, Galadima said.
The team would travel with thirty five players and technical Crew led by technical Adviser Evans Ogenyi.
